A government organization looked to establish a baselines Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Strategy. Disparate systems, continued operational growth, and lack of staff skills created the need to look externally for guidance on building a plan for the future.
Solution
Foster Townsend, working with this our government partner, was able to assist in the project by providing the right skills and bringing the industry background necessary for success. Foster Townsend has a deep and broad base of resources and knowledge in the defense industry to include Systems Engineering resources and Architects to address the compliexities needed in this assignment. Through this knowledge, Foster Townsend provided the discovery around the As-Is situation, assessed and recommended a comprehensive plan, and delivered a To-Be model. The solution requires diligent research and analysis of multiple systems and processes to encapsulate a broader strategy.
